  • The Swift Petworth offers an exceptional living experience in Washington, DC. The management team is top-notch, providing excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns. The apartments themselves are lovely, boasting modern designs and thoughtful layouts that cater to comfort and functionality. The convenience of having a Safeway right below the building is a major plus, ensuring easy access to groceries and daily essentials. Moreover, being located near the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro station makes commuting a breeze. The Swift Petworth strikes the perfect balance between convenience and comfort, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a well-managed and conveniently located apartment.

  • The Swift deserves 10 stars.
    This has been so far the best leasing experience ever- I’ve lived in these types of apartments for 10 years now. They really get to know you as a resident and they keep the building spotless. I’m sure it will be rare to find a team that will even respond to you at 10PM on a weekend. There is at least a community event once a month, and it’s been a blast participating in those. July 4th event on the rooftop has been one of my favorites.

    I moved to DC by myself two years ago without knowing a single soul in the city. This apartment provided me with great space to relax, make friends and explore Petworth.

  • I absolutely love living in this apartment! The location is unbeatable, with so many places within walking distance. The amenities here are top-notch, and I especially appreciate the well-equipped gym and inviting common areas. Everything is well-maintained and in excellent condition.

    Moreover, the standout feature of this apartment complex is the exceptional service provided by Janet Sheldon and Ms Porter , including maintenance they are incredibly attentive and responsive, always resolving any maintenance issues I have in no time. It’s a relief to have a staff so reliable taking care of things.
