Pets are treated like royalty at The Swift.

We proudly welcome up to two dogs or cats per apartment home.

One-Time Pet Fee: $500 per pet
Monthly Pet Rent: $75 per pet

Breed, weight, and other pet restrictions may apply. Please contact our leasing team for complete details regarding our pet policy and approved breeds.

Service animals and approved assistance animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
