IZ Housing Program

We are committed to abiding by all fair housing laws. It is illegal to discriminate based on any protected class, including the source of income. We gladly accept vouchers and will rent to anyone who qualifies and provides a rental payment, in whole or in part, through any form of publicly-financed rental assistance, including a voucher for Rental Housing Assistance provided by the District or the Federal Government.

Pursuant to the District of Columbia Inclusionary Zoning program, IZ units are available at this development. Please contact the Department of Housing and Community Development regarding the availability of such units and requirements for registration in the Inclusionary Zoning program.
